Curious, how are these numbers computed? I was told from a porsche supplier rep in Germany, friend for 20yrs, that the Porsche exes regularly laugh at the speculation and the true numbers are very different. I get it for numbered cars we know and these stats are based on VIN pulls?

I just recently took delivery of my GT3RS WP in White. My VIN ends in 164336… how do I know that number makes it rare/low build? My car has the sofa seats as well, not the buckets.

The old guys like to laugh but yes every one of these numbers are based on NHTSA ranges and tediously pulling every VIN number individually. These numbers on modern 911’s are very very accurate, (for USA and Canadian cars).

check post #326. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have however I’m rarely on this forum any more.

How have I just now noticed this thread!?

Anyone have a breakdown graphic like the OP did for the 991.1 RS?

I'd imagine with only 1,318 examples in the US, that having a PTS color would really limit the chance anyone else has my exact car.

(Edit: Just saw 120 non-metallic PTS .1's. So I'm at least 1 of 120 lol. Wonder if those are WW-total PTS numbers or just NA/USA. ) Mine is 2D8 Grün.

Anyway to find that info? Or should I call PCNA?
I did that with my R8. Called customer experience line and they gave me full breakdown.

And those R numbers are low! Definitely a classic.
