Default Extra noise inside cabin with roll bar

I currently have a Heigo roll bar in my 993 and noticed some more noises from the chassis and suspension. It has more than 10 separate pieces that all bolt together which might contribute to the noisiness of it, so with the more stout one or two-piece options available for the (stiffer) 991 chassis, am I to expect a bit more noise to come through?

My preference is the GMG RSR roll bar since it has a more open main hoop design for better access to the rear of the car — https://shop.gmgracing.com/collectio...arness-rollbar

I installed a GMG bar in my 15 GT3 and a Bbi bar in my GT4. Neither added any noise.

I have the bbi bar. Since the lwb seats don’t fold anyway, trying to preserve some extra storage space behind the seats doesn’t make sense. Anyway, with the bar, I do notice an odd ping or clink every now and then but not all the time and nothing alarming. I tried to shake the bar to see if it was loose anywhere and it is as strong and solid as it looks. No shaking or looseness. I assume that a few clanks are the price you pay for a bit of extra safety and looking totally bad *** (or douchey), depending on your perspective.

Are the clanks consistent over most bumps or every once in a while?

No noise whatsoever after the install of a Cantrell RB.

I think the GT3 settles in with more miles and that might bring on a creak or two. No big deal. Is it coming from the attach points?

I put the GMG LMS bar in recently. Looks awesome, works great, not much rear room to leverage.

...and not to turn this into a bar debate, as I thought about the RSR bar too for more rear room, but decided to go LMS as it seems more safe for track use.
