Probably a bit of a rookie question but I did a search and couldn't find anything concrete.

When starting the GT3 I get a "check engine oil level" message on the dash but it goes away after a few seconds. Is this just a normal message as part of startup sequence before all systems are on and readings accurately taken or is it something I should actually look into?

 

Never paid attention to what comes up so may be normal......What is your engine oil level reading?

 

Yes, it's normal. It's fine. It's just a reminder to check your oil level, not a warning.
