the sound isn't nearly as intoxicating

3.8L GT4 feels more inept than my 3.6L GT3 Mezger (I believe the GT4 is slower)

I prefer the steering in my GT3

I prefer the more raw feel in the GT3 compared to the more hi tech feel of the refined GT4
GT4's physical dimensions are equal to (certainly not smaller) or bigger (It looks like it has a lift on it in comparison)

I like the color of the GT4 better (white vs cobalt blue) and I like the rev matching. brakes are equal
eu·nuch
/'yo?on?k/Submit
noun
noun: eunuch; plural noun: eunuchs
a man who has been castrated, especially (in the past) one employed to guard the women's living areas at an oriental court.
an ineffectual person.
"a nation of political eunuchs"

A GT4 is a GT4,nothing has been " castrated " from it. Sure,it could've received the 991 X51 power kit,but it didn't...it still great for what it is! Nothing can beat it in that price range! Nothing!

997 GT3s have hydraulic steering : nothing can beat that!

You want " raw "?! 997 GT3 is not " raw ",it's a 996 GT3 with a couple of condoms on top! Hell,the 996 GT3 has a condom on it compared to the 993 Carrera RS Clubsport!

Which of these does not belong with the rest

they're great looking cars and have potential to be monsters w/tune, etc.....I'm just not into modding
I’m not offended - it’s the internet... Whining or being honest - whats the difference. If the car isn’t for you, ok, I get that. I find it silly that someone buys a car then finds out they don’t like it then proceeds to post in multiple threads how much they don’t like the car. Best of luck selling and finding the right car for you.

Thanks, but the McLaren guys were really nice and welcoming me to their mini track day. And the GT3 acquitted itself very well in that company.

I even got to drive a couple laps in the Orange 650 (2nd in line) and it was lots of fun. No retirements that day either...

I suspect they are good fun but just don't look good to me.

Not my favorite styling either, but love the hydraulic steering, light weight carbon tub, and general ethos.

weird you find it "funny"....but whatever, I find it funny you need to cork off about my thoughts on a car. but as you said....internet

and BTW I am content w/my GT3 - hope you find that funny as well...

was just hoping the GT4 would be more fun (and more, well, GT-like.....and to me, it's not) - hence the spontaneous purchase - more funny for you

Why have just one?
The premise is completely flawed

Doubles - only one model here
