I thought it would go to San Diego (Port Hueneme) too but the tracking provided by my SA shows Benicia.
And by the way, my brother's RS that arrived last month took less than a week from arrival at port (Benicia) to Stead in Walnut Creek. Hopefully that's some good news for you.

Awesome early congrats! What color is yours so we can look out for it? My brother's RS is guards w/ aurum (non-WP).
FYI - just spoke with my brother and he confirmed that his RS was 9/15 arrival to Benicia and 9/19 arrival at Stead. Stead mentioned that they were surprised that it took 4 days given proximity to port -- 14 miles. He also said there were cars going to Carlsen that made from port in less than 4 days. Go figure.

Yeah just FYI my GT3 landed at Benicia on 10/21 and arrived at Sonnen 11/1...
Brett told me that one advantage of Benicia delivery is that N.Ca cars not only have a shorter delivery distance/time (vs San Diego) but that the cars don't get hustled on & off the transporters when other cars get dropped off at intermediate dealerships (on the way from SD to N.Ca) hence less dirt and chance of transit damage!

Sounds like port to dealer times can vary significantly. And keeping my fingers crossed for safe transport. I'm the reverse of what you were told by Sonnen -- mine is going from Benicia to PEC-LA.

Siem Cicero must be grounded in the harbor. It was supposed to leave yesterday..... still sitting there and the Dehli Highway has been stalling in the Azors waiting for it to get underway. I have become a marine traffic expert.

Haha. Yes. It seems a lot these ships spend time at anchor waiting for each other to finish loading/unloading at the bottle neck dock.

My tire rubber and bug covered GT3 RS from September ED is on the Bishu; I have on the schedule that its heading straight for Houston, not Jacksonville.
