Just learned that Road America has sound limited to 103 dBA. I've read about the angled tips somewhere in this forum, but it's buried somewhere in other threads and I cannot find it by search function. Can someone enlighten me on where to get these tips?
I purchased a replacement 'center outlet' to not 'mark up' my OEM one... (cheap of eBay or used) and then bolted two of these on... with 3.5" clamps: https://www.summitracing.com/parts/dtc-780-01200
You will need to cut a 'slit' in them, so that they can 'clamp' a bit better... but they work perfectly, and keep me below 96db turned away. I was able to get them in black.
