Default 18 way plastic shells w/ Carbon Wrap

Has anyone wrapped their plastic seatback shells? I'm specing my build with the 18 way seats (vs lwbs due to back issues) and would like to match the seatbacks to the rest of my carbon interior. Not sure if this would look crappy with an aftermarket carbon wrap? Otherwise, I'll probably go with the backrest shells in leather option. Thoughts, opinions?

Thanks, agreed. If it were just a matter of changing the color from gray I would have less of an issue, but the faux aspect of carbon just seems plain wrong. If only Porsche optioned a carbon shell for the sports seats, I'd check it.
Going leather.

Got the leather seat backs because I didn't want the gray metallic plastic clashing with my Touring. Really happy with how they came out with the black stitching.

Even though peoples CF jobs look good in the pics, I think without leather backing, you end up with the gray plastic base at the bottom with the controls are, as opposed to black plastic for the base. So, it's another area to wrap, not to mention the complexity of what to do with the seat controls. Plus to do it right youd need to do separate CF wrap cutouts for the airbag covers.

just seems like leather option is better for those who didnt like the look of the gray plastic.
