I wish I had seen this thread last summer! I didn't know about the template so I measured it up manually on the car. Here are some winter spec pics from a few days ago.
You need to use the Photoshop file to get the right scale. Assuming you might not have that, I made you a PDF that should work. You'll likely need to center it on whatever size printer/paper you have, FYI. I tested it, and it worked, but LMK if you need more help.

Sorry, just saw this. I scaled for 8.5x11, so if you recenter the image and the guidelines, it should print at the right scale. Happy to try other export settings if you're having trouble, just LMK!
