The Porsche Colorado GT3R, piloted by David Donohue, is getting wrapped and ready for the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. The car will wear our signature speed yellow with a Colorado flag representing our great state. We have an extensive collection of speed yellow cars, including the 918 Spyder, the Singer Vehicle Design Aurora car, GT2, GT3RS, Turbo S, 911R, 993 C4S and more.

very excited to be a part of this effort and Joe and the Porsche Colorado Springs team have been really accommodating, with a lot of great tips. They have a great classic inventory and a lot of cool PTS cars!!
The mountain is incredibly intimidating on the first run. I managed to sort my way through the VERY similar corners (but also different, lots of subtle grip changes etc) thanks to a lot of coaching from Zwart. He's done PP 16 times!! Our practice group saw a truck fly off into the forest which was a sobering reminder that this is not really that safe...you have to be ON each second and very focused. It's very similar to running Ortega Highway or Angeles Crest Highway but if you know it's closed to cross traffic and there's a nice shiny watch on the line and a lot of rennlist glory on the line...
Travis is running the MR and I'll be trying to chase him, on the second day I got within less than 10 seconds of his time which I thought was decent. Really looking forward to the official practice weeks although the 330AM Hotel Lobby Meeting times are ROUGH.
We had a great day of testing with David Donohue piloting the Porsche Colorado Springs 911 GT3R on Pikes Peak for the 2018 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb.
