He says he has confirmation from Germany that it's good to go. Been working with him for a few months now. Order was entered with PTS, PTS suspended, we left order as is and PTS reopened as we both expected.

Maybe there were some early October date builds confirmed, but I understand October GT3 builds get sent to PAG on June 25.

June 25th is the last day for PTS submission for October builds. If you don't submit changes or tell them you're done and ready to be scheduled, it will be done so after June 25th, but build date is not guaranteed.
Many people have already have made final changes, submitted it and got October allocations locked with build date. First come first serve.

This is quite confusing.
AFAIK, one should submit build with PTS by June 25th and build code will change to V100
Once the PAG approves it after June 25th, the build changes to V200.
Are you guys saying that one get go to V200 before June 25th?
