Default Weissach package pushed to feb/2019
Bad day at the office for me :-( received notice from dealer, that my car can’t be delivered with WP because Porsche apparently have some issues with that and thus declined that option.
So I have two options. Keep my slot and take delivery of car without WP (my dream was to get WP. My config is full full full - all options) or take a chance and hope for a slot in February 2019, where WP should be available again... but without any guarantee of actually getting a car....

Tuesday dilemma....:-(

A non-Weissach RS in the garage is worth at least two Weissach RS's in cyberspace.

Take the slot. I had to do the same. My Non-WP car is now arriving around CW25 otherwise I would have had to waiting until February+ 2019 for a WP car with no guarantee.

Take the slot. Then sell the car back to the dealer if a post Feb spot develops. Everyone wins.

If they can guarantee the WP for feb then I would do as others here have suggested and get the standard RS now.

Take the guaranteed non-WP. Even if you get a slot after February, there's no guarantee that they don't push out WP further or end up discontinuing it for some reason yet to be determined. I've been buying P-cars for 12 years and I feel like things get pushed out more often than pulled in and options can get discontinued with very little notice.

Im v200 on a RS with 10/29 build and delivery for 1/25- USA.
