not that i believe that rendering is at all accurate, but am i the only one who thinks that looks horrible?? talk about bloated and tall. the proportions of that thing have to be way off. look at how tall the rear fender height is, how abruptly the hood rises... i'm sure the final product will look vastly different.
That literally looks like they just rebadged a Ferrari. I doubt it'll look quite like that when the dust settles. And Chevy will ALWAYS screw up the looks of the rear end anyway guaranteed.
The rear is very thick.. I'm not even looking at the details which are subject to change. To me the allure and difference of the corvette was its long front hood proportions. It had its own design untouched by anyone.. this is just another midengine sports car. Doesn't excite me

Its Government Motors after all. There are enough peeps that no matter what thats the only brand they'll buy.

I agree, but this looks like a pretty distorted funny mirror type image.
I think the rendering has potential in my opinion, but won't put too much stock into it quite yet
First thing I thought of when I saw the images was it's a 458 with aftermarket stuff, not necessarily a bad thing. I'm all for competition and for car companies to continue to make great driver-focused cars
