Oil change intervals?
Spark plugs?
Injectors?
Wheel bearings or center log lugs, etc.? another thread I found says you need to change wheel bearings and center lock bolts every 12K.
On my .1gt3 all the maintenance intervals were included with the owner manuals

There are different schedules for street and track (both manuals included with car) - don’t have handy at the moment...

Yeah I know they are in the manual. But I can't actually get anybody to provide that information from the manual... The dealer looks in their computer system and says well we don't have that info but here is the info from the GTS or Turbo. And people online say "it's in the manual, I haven't looked at mine though." Nobody can actually say what the manual really states.

My car hasn't arrived yet. But it would be great to get an idea for what I'm in for...

911 Maintenance Manual that came in my GT3; note that the manual also details the other 911 lines but they all have intervals of 10K vs the 12K interval listed for the GT3.

Right after the first track weekend, so in my case at about 600-700 Miles.
After that every 6-8 track days.

Or once a year / 12000 Miles if no track.
