If me, NO, I might pay at $20K but that is still against my business code. I do love this RS but my .2GT3 isn't much slower so I am not really in a hurry for one.

Definitely not without a confirmed price in writing. As far as above MSRP for me, nope. The RS's are fantastic but $250k buys a lot of great cars including a 991.1 RS with $50K in the trunk for track tires, hookers and blow

Nope. I would be struck down by lightning if I did that.

I'm 100% in the RS is an RS camp, but for that I would just go with a .2 GT3. Same engine this time around.

I agree with others here, get a .1RS instead, PTS even better. Lower overall cost of ownership.

Go with the new GT3. Why would you want to spend that much more for an RS when the GT3 has the same motor. Don't get caught up in the RS " I have to have the greatest" bull. For the average guy this car is way fast enough. Even if you track the car just have fun and who cares if you are a tad slower. Take some driving classes and get better. Pocket the extra. You will be just as happy with a GT3.

If $50k fixed over MSRP and it’s worth it to you to get the car you want, then who are we to judge. However, $50k down non-refundable with price to be determined is just insane, run away.

These RSs are just amazing cars. The looks, the way they drive, worth every penny in my opinion. They are special, sounds stupid and Kool Aid drinking, but my word they are just amazing. Good luck.

I would not.
Also, there is no way I would leave a non-refundable deposit for anything.

Non-refundable deposits are legally unenforceable.
