I used to love fake *****, all my girls had some. Now I find them physically revolting. Not to mention you can't play with them without damaging them... give them a few serious slaps (as one does) and you unknowingly start the encapsulation process whereby the breast tissue surrounding the insert is traumatized, recognizes a foreign element and creates scar tissue around the implant leading to hard *****.. happens even with silicone inserts, below or above the muscle, doesn't matter. There is an option to try to avoid this issue and maintain them pliable for longer which is to wrap the implant in pig skin... but that just kicks the problem down the road. All implanted ***** eventually become hard, and get that nasty bolt-on look where the scar tissue around them pulls the skin in and they form that defined crease like on a barbie doll. anyway, off-topic.. but as I'm kind of an expert on the subject and you posted a picture of them, my brain went tangential.
