After owning @15 or so earlier project car 911s, the wife finally gave the go ahead to get a newer one that isn't a basket case! Been on the hunt for a while and finally found a perfect example of what i was looking for right in my own backyard! Signed for it and off I went! Loving this thing so far!!
Many thanks to all who answered all of nOOb questions and I'm sure I will have may more!
Congrats, and, ummm, we’re going to need more pictures than that. Build details, did you pay msrp, the works? Do you plan to track it? Have fun whatever you do.
Congrats man,
Can't tell from the pic if it is white or rhodium silver? What specs did you end up with the car? Hoping to hear some more driving impressions!

Thanks all. Yes it's a .1! It has @5,400 miles on it and is a CPO car. Not sure about tracking it yet as I have another older 911 that I do that with, but I'm sure it will see some AX.
I didn't want PCCBs and was looking for a dark Gray (Agate) one at first but I do love the white with the black wheels. When this nicely optioned one popped up locally, I jumped on it. I had driven these a few times at the Porsche Exp Center and in Vegas on the Exotics race tracks but driving it around town is a whole different exp. I find myself watching the other morons on the road a lot more closely now.. lol..

Wow! Congratulations! I know you bought it used, but that is pretty much exactly how I would have configured my 991.1 GT3 if I had an allocation. Godspeed.
Thanks, I guess I meant nOOb to the GT 3 world! Lots os things are vastly different on this car than most of my other 911s that have been in the '70-'84 range! lol..
