Thanks, you are correct. I can’t seem to catch the true look of the car in a photo. I spend most my time in my garage just starring at her.

Very nice pics! Which radar/laser detector did you go with? How was the install?

I went with the MAX 360c. I like it compared to the MAX 360 because it is somewhat smaller and connects to the car's WiFi so the downloads are automatic. I have it mounted under the mirror with a blend mount and have it hard wired to the fuse box. So it turn on when I start the car. Wires are run around the windshield in though the hinge area of the passenger door. Very clean look.

Install Anti laser priority if you want to jam LIDAR. Escort is useless jamming most LIDAR guns.

Thats the unit I am considering for laser jamming. the Max360c is not a laser jammer.

Thanks. I really went through hell deciding on the color, options and whether to get a manual. However, I could not be happier with the way things worked out. I love the manual transmission in the car. Its a pure delight to drive.

Congrats on the beast!

Do you mind sharing what mount you bought, and hard wiring instructions? Have the Max 360 myself and would consider a more integrated solution to mounting and powering. TIA

If you go to the blend mount website and plug in your car details there will be two blend mounts. Depending on whether you have a automatic dimming mirror will dictate which one you order. I had a local audio guy I know do the wiring. He essentially ran it up around the windshield and to the fuse box. The whole job took about an hour. I understand with the 991.2 the mirror tapping might be a bit more difficult which is why we went to the fuse box. It is really the perfect set up for this car. Out of the way, easy to see and no wires showing.

to each his own. However, due to the year round sun we have around here it really helps preserve the interior. Its hard to tell in the photo but I went with a fairly light tint. Much less obvious in person.

Again, wow! I always say there's nothing like a black Porsche. And tints are a must with the "all black" spec. Looks great. Is that 35% or 20%?
