My impression is that it's all based upon your projected build date. Mine was October 2018, and my order was entered mid-December 2017.

I did change my color mid-January, and this could have something to do with it. Thing is that I was told last week that my order was good to go, but thought I should triple check as a result of this thread. Asked for it in writing...

My SA stressed the importance of NOT changing PTS color and this was back in September. Was told if I changed PTS all bets are off.

I checked with my SA today. As of last monday or tuesday his Porsche Exclusive contact assured him I was fine. A few days later they email and say I am out and no PTS for me. I had a September build and not sure what I am now. Guess I have to go back and decide on a color. Gotta love Porsche. Like working with a 2 year old. LOL

He didn't know... Everything seems to be in flux now. I'm hoping for sooner. My car was supposed to be a February build and April delivery and was pushed back to March build, May deliver. I never changed a single thing after my car was submitted back in the beginning of October.

Thanks- you should be able to your advisor to look it up. You should be V215. I’ll add you to the list. My order is through Bend Porsche, even though I live 10 miles from Sunset! They’re good guys at Sunset, but they haven’t done a lot of PTS, and steered my friend in the wrong direction with his early order (he could have done it if they knew the process). Anyways, be cool to hook up when the car’s are delivered!

folks are saying a few different things. the way i understand it is:

It does not matter how long your "order" has been in the system. if you were not past V110 (i dont remember the next code step) on or before the 1/19 date then you likely got a call or email saying you had to pick a different color. if your order was accepted (V150?) before the 1/19 date then you are good.

you could have had your SA put the order in on the 18th and it was accepted by PCNA that day and you would be good.

hope that is clear (if i am correct...)
