Default 991.1 GT3 auction values

Can anyone give me a ballpark/range as to what 10k+ mileage 991.1 GT3s are closing at auction?

Much obliged.

From what I read on an earlier thread was $130k for a lower mileage car.

thank you guys! i'm looking at a 991.1 that was purchased at auction and now available for sale. i'm trying to hold out for a 991.2 (fat chance at this juncture) and this 991.1 has the exact specs that i would have chosen, which is rare. i wanted to get a ball park idea as to how much the dealership may have paid, and start my offer 5-10% from there...

we'll see where this goes...

I would not want an auction car. There have been some good private party deals in the 120-135k range.

Don't forget the block price does not include auction fees, Transport ,PPI, and and Recon needed.
Many of these cars have some history and or heavily tracked . Just saying do your home work.

Auctions are usually for problem children cars, especially with something special like a GT3. If anyone takes a GT3 on trade, they will retail it or sell it to a Porsche dealer or specialist to sell. I mean not all auction cars are bad, but there is usually a reason they went to auction in the first place. Heavy track use, mods, paint work, etc etc. I much rather have a private party car where you can judge the owner and with the 10 year drivetrain warranty the value of CPO is less (to me).

I'll try to answer : avoid an auction car
GT cars are rare to come by and so Porsche dealers rarely decline them as they know they can sell them without much work and at a reasonable profit .Couple of exception
1. a particular dealer has few on the lot that can't move for whatever reason or
2. car has issue/s and here is the concern why it was dumped at auction
though owners of GT cars do trade in at a dealer from a different brand and that particular dealer dump the car at auction and nothing wrong with the car. Against this good case scenario , is the fact that usually, used car managers call their bodies at Porsche dealers on special cars like GT cars , before they dump them at auction, so probably car was declined by a couple of Porsche dealers
bottom line be extra careful
good luck

I would never sell a Gt3 at auction because eventually someone will want it.

That 2nd car is the exact car being offered that I am looking at....

You guys are waving all sorts of red flags and I should prob heed your advice.

The car has been tracked for sure. Not sure about paintwork...

Have you had the car inspected?

CJ - your a Porsche dealer/high end dealer. Would a Chevy dealer that took a GT3 in as trade - sit on it as long? Would just want a very detailed inspection of the car.
