Leather to Sample on GT3?

Im going to attempt to do this aftermarket (NS2 render of my project car). I made a small effort to try for CXX but quickly appreciated it was going to be much to difficult and ultimately stupidly expensive. I looked and am still investigating a number of leathers. Ideally Im looking for a semi aniline leather. I have this on something else and really like the inconsistencies, natural look and the way it wears differently. The challenge is that since its aniline, its not as hard wearing and UV resistant as full automotive leathers so will require a higher level of care and maintenance. So trying to find the right balance and quality.

If that is true it is very surprising to me as I consider myself not an expert, but someone who knows a couple things about leather and the cayman and 911 leather felt the same to me (both black leather). Porsche does have nicer natural leather options (across the 718/911 model line except GT cars and things like the cedar above in the GT3RS which was actually a panamera option) and “Club” leather (cayenne and panamera I think) and for leather to sample there are quite a few choices available. The 918 and CGT got some special leather options, but even some of those are available leather to sample. Ascot brown for example. Personally, I think the standard Porsche leather is not great or at least nothing special.

I have COGNAC leather on my GT3 seats and door sills and air vents. Houndtooth inserts. My entire cabin is ACID GREEN deviating stitching. I was not allowed anything else. Even the Tarpin leather from the 911R that another Rennlister go approved was denied when I asked.
