I'll watch it but man it sure has become boring this year. Its like they think being funny is more important than doing
the car show which is what made them so good. I hope they dont run out of steam.

Also a little insight into the mind of Walter Rohl in the segment about the Lancia rally team.

The new cast of Top Gear is doing a much better job. I have no desire to watch GT.

These guys ran out of steam many years ago.

Not for me. New series much better than first one. It NEVER was a serious car show. Top Gear nowhere near as good, even though CH is great. Andy Wilman is the difference, plus the chemistry between the three is still childishly enduring for me.

I thought first series was weak, but this one is much better.
Performante underlined its appeal, and thought the Lancia v Audi rally section was really good, proper car stuff.

+1 - really enjoyed the Lancia vs Audi segment. This series is much better. The show has always really been light entertainment first and a little bit a car stuff thrown in.

These guys' act has always been more schtick than genuine auto journalism. It lost some steam in some earlier episodes but I am not giving up on them yet. I'll be watching this episode hoping they get their mojo back.

Their foreign adventures are the best car and entertainment tv out there. The 20 minutes on the celebrity segments is teeth pullingly boring. Their standard new cars are fine, but nothing that great.

CH is great but haven't really watch top gear this year

Love GT and loved them on TG, especially the adventure tours. CH is great in 7 minute YouTube bits, but his schtick gets on my nerves over an hour show.

This episode of GT had two good segments, and the new Celebrity FaceOff segments are way more fun than what they used to do.

Anyway, just thought folks would be interested in the Huracan segment. That car is wicked.

x2 - really enjoying the Grand Tour. It's entertainment/comedy with cars thrown in is the way I look at it, makes it very enjoyable for me. For dedicated car reviews I'll head to YouTube. Happy that the gang ended up back on TV.

I disagree, the chemistry seems awkward and forced on top gear, and the Matt LeBlanc guy IMHO is just God awful. Just not the same without Clarkson, May, and Hammond, they made that show. Love Chris Harris and I guess happy for him he ended up on Top Gear but preferred his stuff when he had Chris Harris on Cars or ///Drive. If Top Gear was just Chris Harris I'd be more interested.
