Converting a Touring to a ‘temporary’ winged track rat!

Just an idle thought, but is anyone considering retro-fitting the factory wing module to a GT3Touring for temporary use on track? We have a thread on the why’s & wherefore’s of converting a 991.1 GT3 to a Touring configuration, so is it a feasible proposition to do the reverse on a Touring?
First thoughts are it would involve a lot less work/hassle/money than a Wing-to-Touring spec change - but then, what do I know??

I think there is a pretty simple answer here:
You want a wing? Get a standard GT3
You don't want a wing? Get the Touring Package
I want to have my cake and eat it too, but come on...

Odd. I figure if you get the chance to have a new GT3, that wanting more options wouldn't be the issue. I've seen couple performance shops change the spoiler mechanism on many cars to change the looks from time to time. The GT3 should be no exception.
I think it is a great idea.

This seemingly is "the grass is greener on the other side" feeling people get.
When will we see a true comparison, by say Randy Pobst, where he takes a winged GT3 and a Touring around the track. Both with the same suspension geometry. I would be they are within a half second of each other in a professionals hands, and who knows which would win?

Reality check >> you can drive the Touring on the track and it will be fine. You would never be able to tell the difference between that and a GT3 winger.
