Default Which pad for street

Have Steel brakes on 991.2 GT3 and was wondering what pads if going with ST rotors - are my stock red caliper OEM pads the preferred for street?
I have a GT4 with PCCBs and love the bite/grab for aggressive surface street driving so I know the OEM pads for PCCB have the feel I'm looking for.

I have the Surface Transform rotors on steel Red Calipers with the appropriate pads. Awesome stopping power and just as important, consistent from the first lap to the last lap and now I have clean wheels as a bonus :-)
Which pads, the OEm delivered ones that came with red calipers?

What about Non-Track use, aggressive canyon driving, back roads runs, etc.
