I was offered one from a CA dealer at 100k ADM non PTS. Good or bad? No clue.

That's about the going rate for someone with no prior relationship to a dealership, give or take a few k.

Some dealers around the country especially in FL and CA are asking $200k over.

Accurate since I have no prior experience from this dealer. My SA from a different dealership referred me. I offered 50 which was not accepted.

If I had a dealership, I would keep the first car for myself and sell any additional allocations at MSRP only to a customer who has purchased 3 or more cars from me, and only of they were willing to sign a contract giving me first right of refusal to buy the car back at MSRP for the next 10 years
