TECHART FOR THE 991.2 GT3 IS HERE!! - TAG Motorsports

Looks really nice in photos
But as already mentioned, an overlay is kind of a downer. Especially for the air scoops and other bits, a proper manufactured part would have been welcomed
Also, great job by TAG to present all the products and photos and details. Techart's actual website is so laughably embarrassingly bad that I have serious doubts that they are a functional business, let alone something I'd exchange vs an OE part

We agree! Looks awesome once on the car!
These pieces are overlays, they go over the OEM pieces to ensure the best fitment.
Will send over a PM shortly! Install is pretty straight forward.
Let me see if my photographer has some we can send over.

We have a 2016 GT3 RS .... the trims for below the door and the air dam area look very similar.... would you know if Tech Art did similar pieces for the 991.1 models, or are there any cross over parts? Those would look pretty cool since our RS will be taken to tradeshows....

Uhh, spend thousands of $, to make my car heavier, with no actual functional enhancement?
Maybe its because I am a competitive cyclist, but I'm willing to spend ludicrous amounts of money on carbon fiber parts to shed weight, but the notion of spending money to add weight seems absurd to me.

But what TAG is offering is extremely cool... it's really not enough weight to be significant for me personally, a pound or two max... its carbon fiber. Expensive, yes.. but pretty cool. I find the GT3s are epic cars but its not a car that you can really do much on visually because it is already pretty dramatic as it sits, also you can't see the motor which takes away from the visual experience/engagement. So these CF items allow for more engagement from a stylistic perspective. We all know the driving is where it's at, but I for one LOVE coming out to see the RS there and I can look at it for minutes on end and get that feeling of " f#$k, that thing is badass"... so a few strategic placed CF part give it a bit more than it already has, and that's more value than a pound or so of extra weight to me.
