Honestly I don't think you'd regret either choice as they both look great. With that to say - my personal feelings are that the satin black wheels pair well with the black accents on the car.

I have to say I am a little biased as my Cayenne TTS is Carmine with black wheels
Very nice build, by the way!

Thank you for the compliments.
I'm trying to find the OP a pic thats as close to real life a possible. Carmine looks significantly different in varying light and its tough to render accurately.

Ah Haku! Looks like we're going to have near twin cars! My SA was able to switch my status V210 to Satin Black wheels this evening. I have to say, you are guilty of contributing to my desperate phone calls today to beat the build lock!
Thanks for diverting my brain for the day!

I think you'll be happy with the satin black wheels. On Carmine, I do think one should go for them if the lights are black as well.

Consider too that Porsche put black wheels on their launch car most likely because they felt the black wheels went well with the black accents. The launch car is GR, but red, nonetheless. I'm sure they spent a lot of time trying to figure out which color/wheel combo looked best, and I think they nailed it.
IMO Black wheels never photograph well. They look great in person on this car.

Trust me...I'm struggling with this one. Again, I'm not a huge fan of black wheels. My 2018 Ferrari 488 on order has just the standard silver wheel on a Rosso Corsa exterior. It's just that all of the satin black elements of the GT3 seem to flow nicer with the satin black wheel.
While I like platinum, I think it is my least favorite choice as it truly does not match anything else on the car.

Thanks all for thoughtful input. I'm resting easy that I made that last minute change. Lucky the system took it as it was listed as V210 Freeze Choice as of Monday! I doubt it would have been changeable by the weekend.

Another personal observation is that the plain satin black wheels look best on red, be it gaurds or carmine. For most other colors, black with the red stripe looks better.
