Default New to me GT3 - gotta get to the track.

I just picked up a 2014 GT3 and so far it’s a dream! Been reading this forum to help make my decision and seeing the passionate folks who love their cars is great.

I can’t wait to get it to the track - tracked my last car and watched the GT3’s fly on by . My turn. Haha.
Track Wheels: 19s - OZ perhaps
Tires: Would like to keep tires on the stock wheels for the street and rainy track days. PS2s on my BMW fit the bill well for this.
brakes: I’ll give the PCCBs a go then evaluate. Many posts to read on these. Don’t mind changing the pads for the track - I have a portable lift.

Oh, I need a backup camera. Nav TV looks like the way to go.

Here’s a pic. Will get some better ones when the sun comes out.

Thanks!

Congrats man...
Looks nice and clean, seems like you are enjoying the drive/ride already, even in rain! Seems nicely optioned? Is this your first GT car? Curious to get your thoughts. Thanks

Over the last 3 weeks I have done 3 track days with my GT3. These are the first in this car and every time it has blown me away. I've done approx 50 laps of Donington and 140 of Silverstone GP, which adds up to over 500 miles. I drove home from all the days no problem. The most incredible thing is you can drive as hard as you like on the track and then adjust your tyre pressures and drive home. Amazing.

I must admit that I only live 3 miles from Silverstone but still, track it.. They are made for it.. As so many have said before.

Donington, Old Hair pin..
