I do not know about this particular car, but many dealers list cars to generate leads on customer cars and on cars where the sales price will be higher. Interesting that of all options they chose the painted climate control.

Most likely an auto-generated listing. I've contacted dealers in the past with listings like this with just a stock image and it turns out their "system" auto lists cars when they are already pre-sold before they even get to the dealer from Germany.
