Did you see the SBM at Porsche North Houston and the one at the Collection at Miami? The one at the Collection was way overpriced, but they have dropped the price now close to MSRP. It has sat there for a while. Both are one owner cars.

Not a fan of Park Place up there in bellevue. many years ago, i remember sitting in one of their 997.1 GT3s fs and it was ****.

A lot of their inventory are consignments. Their staff are also snobby IMO. I am not a fan of them either.

FWIW, I am about 15-20 minutes away from them. If anyone need someone to go look at something before making a deal, feel free to let me know. Just buy me couple pints if we ever meet .
