Not sure what the negative “black wheel thing” is. They have been around 4-6 years or so, silver 50 to 60 years and I think about 50% of the new GT3’s are black. Porsche thought enough of them to use them exclusively in their hard bound brochure on the new cars but maybe they are just all mixed up.

I don’t ever recall seeing someone post pics of a minivan or economy car with silver wheels as the basis of an opinion about silver wheels...
OP - beautiful!

Gorgeous, congrats. Love your stock wheels and non-black LEDs. Those base wheels definitely stand out. Looks like a unique relative to all other Porsche wheels, well at least on current models . The top pic really shows the depth of the finish. They look very similar to satin in many pics, but now I can see the polished aspects.

Took delivery today and wasn't disappointed. Drove it 200 miles back to Michigan in beautiful weather. I did push the break-in guidelines a little but not much. I traded out of a 2017 TTS and the cars are totally different. This one is much less refined but in a good way. The sound of the engine is amazing. I'm a tall guy at 6'4"and 230 and the LWB were quite comfortable and I didn't find them too tight. I'll update as I do more exploring. Thanks for all the kind post.

Quick note on the tires. Evidently there are 2 tire suppliers and not all the GT3's get the Pilot cup tires. Roger Penske's car was delivered right behind mine with a different brand. The sales person said they were told both brands would be used at a 50/50 ratio and that the tire used was totally random. Just an FYI
