I know the 911R stripes will be polarizing.

Stripes look really good. Why aren’t they going all the way to trunk though?.. did they not align well with the air intakes?

I should have asked this earlier, where does one obtain such decals? Asking for a friend.

Manitou I like the how the decals match the stripe on your sport buckets. Otherwise to me the stripe on the seats is still taking some getting used to.

Wow, those decals really wake up the color. It’s a conservative color, but those decals make the color work. Looking good

I had a local shop custom make the stripes, side scripts and install them. Apparently they had dimensions form my Porsche dealer. Not sure how that works exactly.

The stripes would only get a short run on the rear deck so I thought it might look strange and decided to pass for now.

This view might help.

Also, as a reminder, here is a crappy picture of the interior. I have the Platinum grey stitching with sliver belts, painted interior, and painted vent slats. The stripes really tie into the interior.

Love the door stripe!

Any pics with your door closed?

Looking good and nice color combo theme there.... GBM + silver.

This kinda reminds me of the PTS Etna Blue 911R but w/ white stripes.... in Austria.

Etna is another key reason on why I also like GBM... I have seen one in person but on an Exclusive-series 991.2 GTS.

Basically the former has more blue while the latter has more grey.

Yours is a nice tribute on your winged warrior!

I have thought of doing a yellow-inspired striping before but decided no longer to go this route.... looks good here though.

This is the Colorado-based 911R... owned by porsche1988959 IIRC. Stunning!

The Colorado 911R was at my dealership. It's one of my favorites. Looks so amazing in person.

Both are looking great.

Maybe obvious, but one has to remove the original guards first? Or just fix them on top? In consideration...
