I love the Trofeo-R too James. I'm waiting for a brake caliper fitment template for the upcoming AP racing caliperkit to ensure front BBS will clear it, which it should. The plan is: Bilstein clubsports + AP BBK + BBS monoblocks
Been running clubsports on my M3 and am thrilled with their performance.

Yep, I just like manual shock adjustment control. Compared the JRZ RS Pro and Ohlins I have on my other cars, the Bilsteins feel bomb proof for a long term OEM application, and are easier to dial in than the JRZ's. I like that they are double adjustable. Sure, the adjustment range isn't as fine as others, but it is more noticeable, making it quicker to find the right comp/reb settings for each track, and street driving. The Bilstein clubsports for the 991 GT3, as I understand, were tested and tuned on road and track at Automotive Testing Papenburg proving grounds for 2 weeks. While there are certainly higher ultimate track performing options out there (like the Ohlins TTX clubsport kit), none will likely offer the service interval, and low maintenance that Bilstein does.
IMO, the clubsports are a under-rated suspension option for the small list of cars they offer them for. It's a shame they don't offer this package for more makes/models.
The only other option I would consider is to simply re-spring the stock shocks, which is also a very easy, cheap, and proven upgrade for the track. Seems like a 450/800# or 500/900# would be about right. The Bilstein clubsports run about 456/913#, if I remember correctly. I'm guessing they will update the kit to work with 991.2 GT3.
Any thoughts or feedback James?

I wouldn't think there would be any issues with these sizes, but there will be an issue finding a decent tire in those sizes. There definitely isn't any track worthy tires in those sizes and not really any good street tires in those sizes.
