Best car to own for 1.5 year?

Ok. I'll play along....
2014 Honda Fit (manual)
even if it depreciates Ted to $0 in 1.5 years (and it probably won't depreciate more than $2-3K), there'll be less depreciation than you might experience with any other car you're considering. And it's fun to drive too.

Why is a GT3/ RS / R forum getting hijack by talk on other cars. There is a place for all these value chat, and it shouldn't be here particularly when not related to this forum group. Do ppl not have any common courtesy or respect before barging in?

Seriously, getting quite comical, how so many are more concerned about the asthetics of the car then how it actually performs. All these "luxury" options in a car not meant to be "luxury". The sound system upgrade is a joke ... imo ...
All because they think these details will help them make a handsome profit when they flip the car.
Unfortunately because of all these noise (ironically) we are seeing less contribution from the really knowledgeable guys

Finance the Boxster Spyder we have on the showroom, buy 20-40k of amazon and apple stock and you'll cover the mileage cost and insurance and interest and to quote CAlexio you're welcome

I'm confused. Why are we having this discussion and thread in the gt section.
Hi Guys,
Currently looking for a car to own for 1.5 year with minimal depreciation hit and budget of max 100k. I plan to trade in car for next purchase.
It will be a weekend car / fun driving and I am looking into either
1. 991.1 C2S or C4S
2. 981 Boxster (Sry, can't stomach 2.5L 4 cylinder engine for a sportscar)
3. Maybe BMW M2?
What do you guys think?
If I were to get C2S, what options should I look into considering that I will own the car only for a short period of time.
1. CPO?
2. Bose?
3. Sport Chrono?
4. Leather Interior?
5. 14 way seat?
The optioning world of C2S is way too complicated.

As a general rule, you should never buy single securities as an investment unless its your fun money.
