Also depends if you're speaking American English or British or other English. This whole motor/engine distinction is not as widely accepted as you make it out to be. Electric engine is a common turn, petrol motor is a common term also... not at all defined as far as I can tell

I hear the 992 will be the last 911 ever, they already made the 993 25 years ago so they can't make that again and bosses said no more number skipping for models due to the confusion it makes in the up-scale second hand market.
I guess they are already sick of "What 993 should I buy?" threads.
