Default Any Porsche tech that could look at this OBD report?

Hi guys, I'm new to the forum and in the market for a GT3RS. I've found one that I'm interested in and this is the report the dealer sent me for the car. I'm sure there's some pertinent information in there somewhere but I'm not familiar with it. Could someone more qualified take a look for me and let me know if theres anything of concern/interest? Hope to join the family soon. Thank you!

Couple of things caught my eye. Low oil pressure and level . Could mean high oil consumption ?
I'm not sure I'm reading it right ? So I wouldn't bet my life on it . Carl

Yes, that one caught my eye as well. I wondering if it something I should be legitimately concerned about.

You could go crazy trying to make sense of the data unless you are a Porsche engineer. I doubt the tech would even know the normal ranges. I'm sure anything out of range would be highlighted.

There are some fault codes I would ask about. It looks like it hit the rev limiter but at 4600km that's not surprising. The cam speed is showing 0 rpm. I'm not sure the car was running so I'm not sure you can say much about the oil pressure.

not too mention the 164 range 1 over revs... @ 3684hrs nothing serious but worth noting...
