first pass with the foam cannon. got a thicker coat going on the second pass.

first cook with the Egg. quite enjoyed the nice wood smoke aroma coming off the grill.

since they recommend doing a lower temp cook first few times, went with spatchcock chicken action and some corn.
also wanted to keep the cost of potential failure low. fortunately things came out pretty well.
Use the egg weekly is wonderful.

The AMMO NYC foam cannon is the one to get: https://www.ammonyc.com/shop/ammo-aerator/
The video is long, but Larry goes into lots of detail regarding the washing technique and why he specifically chose this particular foam cannon.

rapha is really good but so is pedal mafia (little known) and assos.
for shorts/bib, it depends on your rear end. i like Assos the best. each brand places the chamois at different area, in addition to different material. you will have to try to know what fits your rear end.
it does matter. a good pair of bib/shorts is amazing.

the jersey are all good from above three brands. i dont like rapha or assos b/c the pattern is boring. i like pedal mafia b/c they have jersey printed with junk food. i have oreo, pancakes, donuts and fries lmao. the quality is every bit as good as rapha and much more interesting.

i have many foam cannon. the foam gun matters less than pressure washer.
most ppl dont use the cannon right. fill it with car wash soap 2x of what they tell you. fill 1/2 of the bottle of your foam cannon. do NOT EVER fill the whole bottle with water. you need 1/2 of it with air. then you get lots foam.
pls paypal me $100 for consulting fee.

+1 for Assos and Pedal Mafia. I know Rapha makes great stuff but just not a fan of the brand or image.

I sell these and also use it regularly, gotta say that the egg is hands down on of the best consumer grills on the market, period.
