Is this a real 99.2 GT3 Miami Blue?

It's Photoshop. I did see both colors on the same day, park fairly close to each other but not beside, at the smokes event. Mexico blue Gt4 and a Miami turbo. The Miami had much more green in it but a bit less then picture above..

Unfortunately Miami blue is not so nice as in the photoshop the OP posted

That is a PS image but it's close to accurate. I have a mexico car, and a miami blue cayman pulled up next to it at the dealer, and the difference is very apparent when parked next to one another.

The first pic (in the original post) shows it incorrectly. The second one (needsdecaf's) is more representative.
Miami looks good (to me) with contrasting black elements. May not be the best color for a GT3, but looks good on RS and Turbo, especially with a black aerokit.
