Default How basic can you build a .2 GT3?

im located in abu dhabi and i have an allocation, trying to build the car as a stripper. The important options for me are the reversing camera, sport chrono, 90L fuel tank, liepzig ED. Anything important im missing? And how will your basic build GT3 will be?

Do you want a lightweight stripper or a cheap stripper?

You don't mention the club sport option. That would be an add, if available in your market.

For me,

I'd get all the free options and then bucket seats.

In reality, there is nothing you need. As others have said, Sport Chrono is a waste. If you want a true stripper in cost, get one of the four $0 paint colors, no wheel finish, the no-cost 4-way seats. Period.

If you want a stripper in weight, do the same, but with the full buckets. And maybe PCCB. Add Club Sport if it's available in your market and you so desire.

Every single other option is a matter of taste, comfort, convenience, luxury or personalization. Nary a one that I can think of (well, except PCCB) enhances performance.

I'd love to see someone literally get a $0 option build. After typiing this I'm tempted to go back and slash the options from my build. Hard to imagine you'd be any less delighted with the car!

Oh add the smokers package, closes that hole from dirt, adds a lighter socket, it's cheap, it's useful for gum and coins.

I've toyed with this idea as well since I'm going nowhere with my PTS request. However it's crazy how quickly the options add up - lift, black wheels, full leather and already near $10k in options. Gotta love those Porsche option prices.

I have been going back and forth on full leather. It was an absolute necessity on my 996 GT3 as base interior looked really cheap. Have it on GT4 so just factoring that cost in. I think the LWBS are a must in the GT3, but that is just my $0.02. Get the smokers package and fire extinguisher and free colors.
