Thanks for that link! Looks like two separate cars with two versions of exhaust (quad vs double "991 GT2-style") probably representing regular vs sport exhaust. Also slightly different front centre air intake designs which might include parking cameras/sensors. Both rear bumpers have turbo outlets too so that suggests FI is here to stay on the base models. Overall to me the front looks cleaner, sharper than the 991 especially .1. Definitely rear engine.

Front looks been-there-done-that 993 and the rear looks Mitsubishi. Guessing the rear is not going to look like that in production.

The car looks great in profile though. Can't put my finger on it, but something looks better than the current car. Something about the rear haunches.

The Mitsubishi look will go away as soon as the camo over the end of the tail lights are removed.

Nice. Should be a good basis for the 2020 quad turbo four banger hybrid RS. Cherish the 991!

Interesting points on article are
-modular construction to allow for hybrid and non-hybrid powertrains
-wider overall track
-2018 construction.

Not worth translating whole thing as that's basically it

Front (wider) fender flares look better executed than current ones as they extend out from the "gun barrels" (or what remain of them) rather than being part of the larger rounded arc. More fender flare proper, vs rounded fenders. Thumbs up.

"Long hood" with straight cut line reminds me of the 996, or what the 996 would have looked like with proper lights.

Hard to get idea of rear, with the extra panels taped on, but I look forward to seeing some pics with spoiler down, for a less Jaguar XK look....

Headlights clearly taped over, but from some angles it looks like they have a bit of a kink after first protruding straight -- almost as if they have a bit of a nod to G-Series shape to them. Could also be just tape, I suppose.

Good for Porsche. Seems like this is coming sooner than expected, the early pics look awesome to me and I love the idea of a hybrid 911. Fantastic stuff.
