Yeah Kai is an excellent driver. But that is no ordinary turbo. I dont think MT vs PDK-S in MT will make any difference for drivers at this level. There are not that many gear changes per Km. Kai & Nur93 are both very quick European drivers on this board...

Having just returned from the Ring albeit with a Westfield running a standard Hayabusa engine, my best BTG was 8:07 I fully understand the commitment and skill set to hustle a GT3 around in 7:14. Now that I have worked out which way the road goes and a few cambers next time will likely take the 991. What data logger is Powerslidelover using. Looks a nice clear easy to read while driving display.

Well driven gt3 that one. As I always said 7.30 btg in a 991 gt3 is not fast, but 7.14 btg is fast and closer to factory times. I think I saw that car on last trackday and it was going fast.

My best was 8:02 BTG, I'm so jealous of you guys that have the Ring figured out.
I think in my next 30 laps I can only start going faster. Until then they will all be learning laps...
Respect for anyone running BTG under 7:30 or full lap under 8:00.
On the Ring it's not just the normal driving ability, you really have to balance the car over bumps, varying grip and light conditions...
