I moved to win10 on July 29 and havent looked back
It's the site.
Great site, but a notice would be nice.
It's frustrating to go to those "isitupnow" sites and see "website up all fine". Fooey
I factored out all the other variables:
laptop vs. desktop vs. netbook
chrome vs. IE
ISP1 vs. ISP2
windows (3 versions)
cleared cache
signed in vs. not
closed youtube browser
closed email
closed everything else
rebooted
