Lol. The Arabs are feeling a little better with Azzam.

What's that about Triple Deuce?...

This interestingly designed ship was around on August 1st as we left Porto Cervo for our short trip to the Arcipelago di La Maddalene.

***

But whether large or small, we are very happy to be among these lovely vessels here on the spectacular Costa Smeralda!

***

For the record, some of what I have admired the most on this trip came in a smaller & adequately compact size:

Default Corsica...

Arrived at the most southern town in La France métropolitaine (Bonifacio in Corsica) this afternoon....

***

View to the harbor from the old citadel (our chartered yacht 'Balista' can be seen docked at center of the photo)...

***

You can clearly see Northern Sardinia from the heights of the old citadel / fortress town of Bonifacio...

the owners have sailed her around the world...

it is currently for sale if anybody here is interested... and I won't charge my typical broker free for RL members

Wow. Beautiful. Designed by Philippe Starck! Very nice. I wonder what the interior looks like.

Sorry...none were alive. The samples seem dead & hanging in a wall like a wild boar's head trophy! Hopefully on my next visit I'll see a live one!

Thank you, I decided to choose green
I can not understand how to choose
there are no photos of these flowers near face to face?

pure color looks very attractive, what color would you chose?

reingrün / Pure Green (code Y56) VS gelbgrün uni / Green Yellow Uni (code 137)

I'll take that as a compliment, Alessandro!

We left Porto-Vecchio in Corsica earlier this morning...

And headed back to Sardinia & the Arcipelago di La Maddalena...

And mostly hung around off the island of Caprera at a beach the locals call 'Tahiti'!

It's a bit of a 'hardship' cruise...but I will survive it!

It's certainly nice to see how the other half lives. My PTS "Green With Envy" takes some solace in the thought that you'll likely be the first against the wall when the revolution comes.

Default You say you want a revolution (well, you know), we all want to change the world...

I lived through & survived one Revolution already when I was a youngster in the Caribbean.
On the next one, I'll be the one lining people up against the wall & pulling the trigger.
Our side has the guns & the bullets, my friend. The other side has 'politically correctness',
global warming faux-science & the very charismatic Nancy Pelosi! If I was a betting man,
I would say we have the winning hand!

You better free you mind instead
But if you go carrying pictures of chairman Mao
You ain't going to make it with anyone anyhow
