How do you know when cup2 are warm enough?
Since no tire temp monitoring, is it a certain rise in tire pressure that indicates they have warmed enough to let it rip on track?

In my experience once they've gone up 3/4 psi then that sort of seems to be as warm as they'll get in a session.
I wouldn't really rely on that though for determining whether it's time to "send" it. Usually I can feel the grip improve after a few laps, you notice some corners initially you're near the limit and have moderate grip, then the next lap you feel sticky and more planted through the turn, just progress each lap sort of incrementally is my best advice.

32-34 PSI seems to be the sweet spot for these tires on track. That can mean going out at 26ish psi depending on air and track temp. So take it easy for a while on cornering until you get to that range. I have been advised (by a credible source) that a fair amount of wheel/tire heating comes from braking early on so feel free to brake hard on the first couple laps, just take it easy on cornering loads.
