991 Cup Conversion complete. I would say 1.5 wider on each side, and I need new wheels... Or spacers or something at least.
Going to a meet tomorrow morning, if anyone wants to come!

I love the way you create your own "RS"! This way you get 265s in the front. Are you planning to change the rear as well?

I think I can fit way more then 265 up front!

Yeah, I want to do the cup rear also (back bumper/wing).

Will end up caging it also..

Mod bug has bitten.

You are bad influence.😃 This car speaks to me. I'm holding off and waiting to see what the "cup edition" will turn out to be. But for now I like what you are doing more than the RS. I can see all these cup parts turning an already great car even more special.
When I saw the 6RS I fell in love right away. Same with the 997rs. Not getting that with the 1RS. That will probably change when I see it in person. 😃

Love the look. Don't want to rain on any parades, but is there any reason you might be required to have side (front fender) indicator lights, ie. to be street legal?

Hah....just noticed that...I was more focused on getting wider wheels for the application...

looks great. cant imagine you getting pulled over for turn signals missing.... who would ever even notice that... yes, tricky if turning, but other cars will still see the other indicators blinking...who cares

you need the cup hood for sure

Take time to research your front tire size options, wider is not always better. Maybe in the back but the fronts have to turn and how effectively they do that depends on a lot of dynamics already dialed into your car. You have already upset some of those by considering going wider in the wheels and offset. If the car is just for posing probably not too big of a deal but if you are driving aggressively, and especially if you plan for track use, balance and set-up are everything.

I agree with Greg here. Try to find wheels with a little more offset than go wider. The wider track width will already change the way the car turns/handles
