Having had a chance to review the SEC filings (the K's and Q's) for Porsche Automobil Group (POAHY), it appears that they publicly release numbers based on regions, thus I would assume the numbers from MJones above are for North America as one collective continent/region (i.e., U.S., Canada, Mexico).

But like with all things in life, there is more than a significant chance that I am completely wrong.
