No GT3s. Carrera GTS unveiling, lots of munchies and beverages. Magnus Walker was there along with my Porsche GM. Was a nice event.

Dan (was glad to be a passenger on the drive back after all the booze )

Oh, should add, the LFA was from Lexus event and, the Mclaren was on the way in....if that wasn't obvious.

And, if I get a SUV, I think I have to pass on the Macan and pick the Cayenne just cause of rear leg room.

Thanks HFM!

Pics were perfect.

Now I don't even need to go.

Saved my Friday evening.

Question. Is the P1 at the McLaren display or is that a tire manufacturer booth?

Just out front, probably tires, not McLaren display.

Looks like a 650S rather than a P1.

Thanks Dan for the photos! BTW, what colour white was the 918--oryx by any chance? If so, impressions?

I didn't hear anything about the RS. And, sorry, didn't look at the spec info for the 918. It was very nice in appearance however, personally, I would PTS a car like a 918 even if it cost low $20k to do since it is such a special one.

I think white is right for me GT3 but jelly bean a 918.

Damn, I wish I got an invite to the event. Guess I'm not invite worthy until my GT3 comes in.

Did they still have the same closed off portion for the 918? I want to know if I can get in and just sit in it so I can feel out the seats I ordered.
