Thats not paint to sample! thats a parts bin special. A GT3 RS Turbo Targa S. Its just none of the parts bin parts were the same color.
Actually I am kinda surprised its not a flachbau Flat nose cab.

I wonder what color they chose for the front bumper.

Interested in Eduardo's input for sure, regarding whether anything like this could be ordered. If this is a real car (not a photoshop), it is US bound (based on location of rear tow hook, behind license plate, unlike ROW where it is to the right of the plate).

again its no a photoshop, it was sitting outside the factory on 24 October, it wasn't there on 23 October, I saw the weird paint scheme so I took a picture

Its cool no worries, I'm wondering if the plastic parts are components that were cosmetically flawed and not put on customers cars and maybe this car on the way for some kind of destructive testing

Three Wheelin'
Fade testing is done on pieces of materials at a test site, not on a car like this. This car was done for a VIP or some other special purpose. Seems to me if Porsche can find a way to do a complicated paint job for this GT3 they could have accommodated those customers who just wanted a regular PTS. Seems like a US car.

Yea thats what I remember too, lots of the same panels painted different colors and clear coats all on a big board labeled and notes on when it was posted. Same for all types of environmental
testing.

Somebody called? Yes, I think I know the exact location where this photo was taken. Werk II on Schweiberdinger Strasse (see photo #2). And I have to admit it. That's my gt3! I wanted PTS at any & all costs. And 'Porsche Exclusive' told me - "We'll get you one - just don't tell Mr. Sullivan - but allow us to design the color scheme & surprise you!" In the excitement of the moment, I agreed! It's hard to say 'no' to Melissa, as those that have met her can attest to. And this is apparently it! They guaranteed me that the color(s) would not, at the very least, clash with my 'Crystal Blue' '70 911E Targa if parked together. Do you think they succeeded? Does the lighter 'blue' bumper makes it's rear end look too fat? Oh, dear! Saludos, Eduardo Carmel .
