For sure gets rid of the boy racer / fast and furious wanna be geek attitude. But at least the GT3 could bacl up it's credentials if forced too. I wouldn't mind having a simple ducktail for 5h!ts and giggles

So that has a regular Carrera tail? Does losing ram air just decrease top end power, or could there be cooling issues?

definitely looks sinister and serious that way

+1. Ducktail fairly subtle and would give a balanced look.

A good point; at least something to consider. The manufacturer has spent god-knows-how-many man hours developing, engineering, and testing a piece as part of an overall package only to have someone slap on something different just for looks.

Oh no, not well balanced at all IMHO.

Wouldn't even consider it for cooling issues as well.

I will add to the opinion that a ducktail with the ram air vent built in, would be the absolute **** for my taste.

Nothing against the regular GT3 wing, I love that also. I just have a special love for the ducktail

Wonder what the GT3 looks like without the wing?
No because it would look stupid.
This question is right up there with:
Ever Wonder what the 930 Whale Tail looks like without the Whale Tail?
OR
Ever Wonder what the 911 Wide Body Turbo looks like without a Wide body?
OR
Ever wonder what a 935 SLantnose looks like without a SLantnose?
OR and the BEST one EVER:
Ever wonder what a Porsche GT1 looks like in 2nd place?

HAVING SAID ALL THAT giberish, with the NEW 991 spoiler that just SO WELL designed, I can give you that I SEE why one would wonder if the regular spoiler wouldnt work

If I ever get my GT3, it's wing is staying firmly attatched to it's rear end!!
