Maybe calendar 2016, as GT models trail the other 911 variants...

But yes--not that far away...

I wouldn't bet on waiting for the facelift. Who is to say they will make another GT3 model and if it will be NA and not a turbo version

+1.

Whatever the facelift is, I wouldn't wait for the sake of waiting. If the 960 comes and they use that as a basis for GT3 class? Who knows what the future holds.

Tryptomine - if it ends up being a Turbo many would have no interest. Yes, Turbos have evolved tremendously over the years but one of the main reasons I wanted the Gt3 was because it is NA

Manual option will not happen. They've already faced the firestorm of taking manual away from the GT3 and the Turbo/S. If they back peddle, they will have to face it again in the future. Not happening.

With the Huracan and next R8 as dual clutch only, the stick is dead in these types of sports cars.

I think that the headlights currently available on the 991 GT3 are the same as those available on 2015 carreras and turbo. Did I miss something?

Al -- I think he's referring to the LEDs that are on most press cars now...

Porsche won't make them standard...why do so when you can charge $3,110 for them?

I doubt you will see a facelift on the Gt3 for a few years. It doesn't have to follow what is going with with the base Carrera. If history is an indicator, you won't see one for three years.
