Black Headlights?

It appears there are three trim options for the headlights:
1. Base lights have primarily chrome trim and interior.
2. PDLS lights have a metallic gray trim ring and some black contrast on the interior.
3. Black headlights with PDLS have a black trim ring and black interior.
Do I have this right? I thought the PDLS gray trim was the standard and never thought to ask. I have it on my 991 and it is fine, but I don't think I would want chrome.

I am definitely going dark lights with black or white car choice as it looks great to me. Contrast or sinister both look good. LED headlights way overpriced so I will skip.
The "panda" term has already been way overused and is quite silly. Looks great with the rims. To each his own.

tgm57. There is a fourth option. LED (includes PLS).
Im ordering LED for two reasons.
Firstly its a first time release for Porsche and this it is included in almost all Porsche printed marketing materials. Effectively I see it as part of the unique "signature" of the car (i.e. something the visually differentiates it from the previous generation and part of the visual "wow" factor as it has a very technical look and will undoubtedly be a talking point about the car). Of course by 991 gen 2 LED may well be factory standard but for the next 4 years i suspect will be the preserve of the special models of highly optioned cars. From my research it appears the LED system is no heavier than the standard system and infact may be lighter. It does have a unique look both on running lights (halo) and low beam (attached below). So in fairness my primary reason for ordering these is "cosmetic" and "wow factor".
My second reason is that I am picking my RHD vehicle up in Europe so I needed PDLS at the minimum (to easily switch headlights over). Therefore the additional cost to go LED was not quite as much...

The LED's do look great, but what do we know about them? Exactly what are the improvements or gains over the regular PDLS stock lights? Has anyone read a technical bulletin on them? I'm open to them but the stock Porsche lights are some of the nicest I've ever seen. I preferred them to the LED on my Audi's. I can be sold on them but I need some marketing before pulling the trigger.
The problem is, with brakes, lift, leather and a few things I'm already at $157K.

I have oscillated between getting LED's or just the standard lights. No doubt for many of us the price is a deterrent. Though I haven't formally spec my car, presently I opted against LED for one reason. I will rarely drive the car at night. During the day I am not sure from an aesthetic point of view the LED will make much of a difference from the standard lights.

Three Wheelin'
Pic of the black headlights I took recently. I think it looked good, I thought it would be over the top, but wasn't. Very sporty and I think would accentuate the GT3's sporty front very well.
I also like the normal PDLS with dark grey - looks very classy. But I think the standard lights with silver interior looks really cheap and plasticky - so IMO, don't get the standard ones.
